👉 Why We Need You

As a React Developer, you will design and build modern, reusable, and performant UI components using React and TypeScript. You will play a key role in shaping the front-end architecture, improving DX (Developer Experience), and ensuring clean, maintainable code across multiple products. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about front-end engineering, UI performance, and modern JavaScript ecosystems.

👉 What You’ll Be Doing

Frontend Architecture & Development

• Develop advanced, high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.

• Architect and maintain scalable UI component libraries and shared design systems.

• Build reusable, maintainable, and modular code following best practices.

• Implement SSR/SSG where appropriate (Next.js or equivalent).

Quality, Testing & Performance

• Ensure high code quality through automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO performance.

• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering inefficiencies.

• Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Work

• Work closely with Backend Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams.

• Take part in architectural discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

• Collaborate with Product to transform business requirements into technical tasks and user flows.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives, demos).
  
  👉 What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development.

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Deep understanding of React fundamentals (hooks, context, state management, lifecycle).

• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, MobX).

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Sass, responsive design, and component-driven architecture.

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and websockets.

• Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and modern CI/CD workflows.

• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• English communication skills suitable for cross-functional collaboration.
  
  👉 Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, and static site generation.

• Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

• Experience with Webpack, Vite, or other bundlers/build tools.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic HTML.

• Experience working with micro-frontends or modular front-end architectures.

• Understanding of performance profiling tools (Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse).
