👉 Why We Need You

As a UI/UX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, engaging, and high-performing user interfaces across our platform. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to create visually stunning and highly functional user experiences that enhance player engagement and retention

👉 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS and how it integrates with design. Ability to create semantic and accessible HTML markup that aligns with design specifications.

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate business and functional requirements into high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes.

• Conduct usability testing and user research to gather insights and continuously improve the user experience.

• Ensure UI components are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability, providing a high-quality player experience across various devices.

• Maintain and enhance the design system and UI component library to ensure consistency across products.

• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design principles, and technologies to push the boundaries of user experience.

• Support and drive player engagement and retention strategies through thoughtful and user- centered design decisions.
  
  👉 What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices,

• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools.

• Experience in usability testing and A/B testing to understand user behaviour and improve experiences.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers.

• Ability to translate design mockups into fully functional, high-quality UI components.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and user-centered design.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to changes in business needs and project scope.

• Experience with gamification strategies, including loyalty programs, leaderboards, and in- game rewards.

• Familiarity with multi-language UI design and localization best practices for Asian markets.
