👉 Why We Need You

As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Content teams to improve organic rankings through technical excellence. Your role includes auditing websites, resolving technical issues, improving site architecture, optimizing Core Web Vitals, implementing structured data, and ensuring the websites meet Google’s latest search standards.

👉 What You’ll Be Doing

Architectural Vision & System Design

• Technical SEO Audits & Analysis

  • Perform deep-dive technical SEO audits covering site structure, indexing, status codes, redirect chains, internal linking, JavaScript rendering, and more.

  • Identify crawl issues using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.

  • Monitor crawl stats, coverage reports, and search performance trends.

  Crawlability & Index Optimization

  • Ensure proper indexing of key pages and prevent indexing of low-value or sensitive pages.

  • Optimize robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and hreflang attributes where required.

  • Improve internal linking structure to enhance crawl depth and authority distribution.

  • Work with Dev teams on JS rendering, SSR/SSG requirements, and dynamic content indexing.

  Structured Data & Metadata

  • Implement and maintain Schema.org structured data (JSON-LD).

  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, header hierarchy, alt tags, and semantic HTML.

  • Validate structured data using Google Rich Results Test and related tools.

  Performance & Core Web Vitals

  • Analyze and improve key performance metrics: LCP, FID, CLS, TTFB, FCP.

  • Collaborate with Developers on lazy loading, code splitting, asset compression, caching strategies, and image optimization.

  • Monitor performance using Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, WebPageTest.

  Website Architecture & UX Alignment

  • Contribute to sitemap architecture, URL structure, content hierarchy, and navigation improvements.

  • Work with UX/UI Designers to ensure SEO-friendly design patterns.

  • Validate changes prior to deployments and perform post-release checks.

  Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on technical SEO health, rankings, and key metrics.

  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and priorities to Product, Dev, and leadership teams.

  • Ensure SEO considerations are included during product planning and release cycles.

  • 👉 What You Bring to the Team

• 2+ years of experience in Technical SEO.

• Strong understanding of search engine crawling, rendering, and ranking principles.

• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, or Sitebulb.

• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering, and SEO for JavaScript frameworks.

• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and site performance optimization fundamentals.

• Experience working with Developers, Product teams, or in Agile environments.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.

• Good communication skills in English.
  
  👉 Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSR frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt.js).

• Knowledge of JSON-LD structured data creation.

• Basic understanding of Git, DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with large-scale sites or high-traffic environments.

• Familiarity with log file analysis.
