We are looking for a Fund Flow Specialist to join our Finance and Audit team and ensure the seamless reconciliation, tracking, and integrity of internal and external fund transfers across operational banking ecosystems.
Why We Need You
As a Fund Flow Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the flow of funds across our operational accounts, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely reconciliation of all financial transactions. You’ll work closely with the audit team, finance department, and operations to detect discrepancies, validate transactions, and support smooth financial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Record, reconcile, and verify internal fund transfers between various operational bank accounts
- Monitor and consolidate external transactions (e.g., invoice payments, commission disbursements) ensuring they are properly authorized and accurately recorded
- Reconcile transfers to external entities such as money changers and corporate bank accounts
- Detect and escalate discrepancies related to invoice payments or foreign exchange to the relevant teams
- Respond to scheduled queries from the operations team related to fund movement
- Support the reconciliation team when needed, acting as a team lead for collaborative efforts
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Perform ad hoc financial tasks as assigned by the supervisor
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Leadership qualities and the ability to support teamwork and coordination
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external collaboration
