Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management

• Develop and execute a technical SEO strategy tailored to the Asian gambling industry
• Conduct regular SEO audits to optimize site structure, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals performance
• Implement and manage structured data, hreflang tags, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps
• Lead international SEO initiatives, ensuring proper multilingual and geo-targeted optimization practices
• Monitor search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly

Growth Hacking

• Design and implement growth experiments focused on increasing organic traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Identify scalable opportunities across markets using data-driven analysis
• Work with product and marketing teams to integrate SEO efforts with broader growth initiatives
• Track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate experiment success and iterate quickly

Market-Specific Optimization

• Customize SEO and content strategies to align with search behavior, cultural nuances, and local regulations in Asian gambling markets
• Stay informed about changes in search engine policies and market-specific compliance factors
• Proactively assess competitor strategies and recommend tactical adjustments

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in technical SEO with demonstrated success in high-competition markets
• Proven knowledge of international SEO, multilingual site architecture, and regional ranking signals
• Experience with Core Web Vitals, structured data (schema), and server-side rendering (SSR)
• Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with experience running growth experiments or A/B testing
• Familiarity with Asian markets and gambling-specific user behavior is highly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in growth marketing or performance marketing
• Experience working in regulated markets
• Fluency in one or more Asian languages is a plus
