Why We Need You
We are seeking a dedicated and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt, accurate, and high-quality support via live chat, email, and phone. The ideal candidate should have a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone in English.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal departments while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to responsible gaming, KYC, and anti-fraud.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, promotions, and product changes.
- Maintain a helpful, empathetic, and professional tone.
What You Bring to the Team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in online customer service, preferably in the iGaming, sportsbook, or casino industry.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
