Why We Need You
As a leading B2B provider in the iGaming industry, we are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Head of Sportsbook to lead the development and evolution of our Sportsbook platform offering.
In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle — from market and partner research to roadmap execution — ensuring we deliver a competitive, scalable, and high-performing sportsbook product that meets the needs of our global operator partners.
You will work cross-functionally with development, trading, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable value for our partners and end users.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for our B2B sportsbook platform, aligned with company goals and partner needs.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to gather partner feedback, understand market demands, and translate them into scalable, configurable product features.
- Lead end-to-end product development, ensuring delivery of high-quality sportsbook functionality including event coverage, bet types, trading tools, risk management, and front-end UX components.
- Establish and manage KPIs to track product adoption, performance, and operator satisfaction across diverse markets.
- Ensure platform scalability and configurability, enabling partners to customize the sportsbook experience to their brand and market.
- Manage cross-functional product squads, including product managers, analysts, and UX designers.
- Drive product compliance across multiple regulated jurisdictions in partnership with legal and regulatory teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Support pre-sales and onboarding processes by providing product expertise and input on custom partner requirements.
What You Bring to the Team
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within B2B iGaming or sportsbook technology.
- Deep understanding of sportsbook platforms, betting operations, and partner/market differences.
- Experience delivering complex B2B software solutions in regulated industries.
- Proven ability to lead product discovery and translate business and partner requirements into scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of sportsbook KPIs (e.g., turnover, margin, active users, bet latency) and how they translate to partner success.
- Experience working with engineering teams using agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance internal priorities and partner expectations.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how product decisions impact operator performance and profitability.
- Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks in sports betting (e.g. UKGC, MGA, US, LATAM).
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating third-party data feeds, odds providers, or trading tools.
- Familiarity with localization and multi-tenant platform strategies.
- Previous exposure to risk management, odds compilation, or in-play betting technologies.
