Why We Need You

The Native Mobile App Team is responsible for developing and maintaining the mobile application of the company. The team owns the mobile application developed for the operations. Reporting to the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing a mobile application to support mobile functionality while keeping up-to-date with the terminology, and concepts and following best practices for coding mobile applications. Mobile developers contribute to the design, testing, releasing, and support of the application.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platforms using Kotlin or Java
• Familiarity with Flutter or React Native is a plus
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team
• Follow Agile Methodologies like Scrum or Kanban for project management
• Work with the outside data source and API’s
• Use and adapt existing web applications for the apps

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in mobile application development using Kotlin/Java, Flutter, or React Native
• Experience with Cross-platform app development using Kotlin Multiplatform or Flutter
• Proficiency in web API or API integration and understanding of OOP Principles
• Experience with both native and hybrid mobile application development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Background in web development is a plus
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development life cycle
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills in English
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
