What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and process flows for development teams.
- Act as the key liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain essential documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps).
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming).
- Support QA and UAT testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
What You Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies.
- Proven ability to create clear requirements and process documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
