Why We Need You

We`re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence across our development squads in Tbilisi, Georgia. This role is critical in enabling high-performing teams by championing Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and value delivery.

As a servant leader, you`ll act as the glue between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders — ensuring seamless communication, optimal workflows, and sprint success.

What You`ll Be Doing

• Lead all core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach and mentor the team on Agile values and Scrum best practices to build high-performing, self-organizing squads

• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog

• Foster open communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and team performance

• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and iterative learning

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced tech environment

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum

• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting multiple development teams

• Strong conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to foster trust, accountability, and ownership within the team

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications

• Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence

• Background in software development or technical delivery environments
