👉 Why We Need You
We are looking for a Technology Vendor Manager to oversee our portfolio of IT and technology suppliers. This role manages vendor relationships, monitors performance, tracks contract renewals, and ensures suppliers deliver high-quality services that support our technology and business needs.
👉 What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain an up-to-date vendor master file (contracts, SLAs, KPIs, contacts).
Organize, lead, and document Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Track contract end dates, renewal notice periods, and send renewal alerts.
Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and KPIs; escalate issues when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Procurement, Legal, Security, Finance).
Support negotiation of renewals, pricing, and contract changes.
Maintain risk assessments and ensure vendors meet compliance requirements.
Keep issue logs and follow up on action items with suppliers.
👉 What You Bring to the TeamExperience in vendor management, procurement, or IT operations.
Understanding of technology services (SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, support SLAs).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines, track details, and prepare reports.
Comfortable leading meetings and working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
Proficiency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, etc.) is an advantage
