👉 Why We Need You

Ensure the continuous health, availability, and optimal performance of domains and streaming services across all markets. Accountable for the full lifecycle management of production domains and streaming infrastructure, including procurement, configuration, security, monitoring, and decommissioning.

👉 What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor the performance and availability of deployed domains using network monitoring tools (e.g., Network Bench), and proactively address outages or performance issues.

• Issue domain replacements in response to confirmed blocking or accessibility issues across markets.

• Configure and maintain domain infrastructure, including DNS settings, name servers, web hosting, streaming services, and CDN integrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve domain-related incidents and business requests efficiently, ensuring minimal service disruption.

• Handle issue escalation and coordinate with relevant teams for critical resolutions.

• Document all identified issues, resolutions, and procedures in a clear, structured format to ensure knowledge continuity.

• Maintain up-to-date records of all domain assets, configurations, and activities.

• Generate and analyze weekly reports on domain performance, usage metrics, and analytics.

• Safeguard brand integrity by proactively monitoring, reporting, and initiating takedowns of domain infringements and brand abuse.

• Participate in a 24/7 support shift rotation, as required, to ensure round-the-clock domain health and availability.
  
  👉 What You Bring to the Team

• Experience in Domain, DNS, SSL and CDN configuration

• Has background in application development

• Support experience with online gaming facilities in a production environment is a plus

• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, able to work with moderate supervision

• Prioritizing and resolving Domain concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
