👉 What You’ll Be Doing

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

• Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, refining user stories and acceptance criteria with input from stakeholders and development teams.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, engineers, designers, and customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.

• Agile Delivery: Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team delivers high-value increments on time.

• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

• Technical Alignment: Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions.

• Metrics & Reporting: Track product performance (e.g., KPIs, ROI) and report progress to senior leadership.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product delivery or quality.
  
  👉 What You Bring to the Team

Experience: 2+ years in product ownership, product management, or a technical role (e.g., Business Analyst, Software Engineer) within a technology-driven environment.

Technical Knowledge: - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). - Familiarity with technologies relevant to your product domain (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, cybersecurity).

Certifications: CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent (desirable but not essential).

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
