We’re looking for a Korean-speaking Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Tbilisi. If you're service-minded, detail-oriented, and fluent in Korean, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, global support environment.
The company provides relocation support to Tbilisi, including accommodation. The monthly net salary for this role ranges from (NET) $2,800 to $3,200.
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the main point of contact for our Korean-speaking customers. You’ll handle inquiries, promote new campaigns, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both VIP and retail clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver responsive and helpful assistance to customer inquiries
- Understand and resolve client issues with professionalism
- Escalate complaints, feedback, and suggestions to the relevant departments
- Introduce and promote new products, services, and ongoing campaigns
- Follow up with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Manage call tasks related to promotions, FTD & retention campaigns, and service recovery
- Compile and submit simple daily reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery
What You Bring to the Team
Required:
- Korean, currently working or residing in Georgia (relocation flexibility is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean
- Minimum Korean typing speed: 50 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Diploma in any field
- Responsible, organized, and disciplined work ethic
- Flexibility to work in a 24-hour rotating shift schedule
Preferred:
- Basic command of English
- Previous experience in the online gaming or customer service industry
