We are looking for a MarTech Manager to be part of our journey in transforming operational support into a true driver of business success. 

Why We Need You 

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Technology Manager to build and optimize our internal MarTech stack and advise our digital clients on how to enhance their marketing performance through technology. You’ll be working across product, marketing, and data teams to bridge strategy and execution, ultimately improving customer experience and marketing outcomes for high-traffic online businesses. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

● Define MarTech strategies in collaboration with internal and client-side stakeholders 
● Evaluate, select, and implement best-in-class tools for CRM, analytics, personalization, SEO, and more 
● Design and maintain data schemas and ensure compliance with data governance and GDPR 
● Oversee the integration of various platforms and ensure smooth data flows across the stack 
● Manage daily operations of platforms such as CDP, affiliate tools, analytics, and web personalization tech 
● Troubleshoot and test implementations to ensure technical accuracy 
● Train marketing stakeholders and support campaign planning and measurement 
● Collaborate with BI/Product teams to establish a Test & Learn framework 
● Monitor ROI and ensure value realization from all MarTech investments 

What You Bring to the Team 

● 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in iGaming or high-scale digital industries 
● In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and tag management 
● Experience with affiliate platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and customer service tech like live chat 
● Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI 
● Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills 
● Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy practices 
● Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative, business-oriented mindset
