Why We Need You

As a Tech Talent Sourcer, you will be the first touchpoint of our hiring journey, building bridges between world-class engineers and our vision. You won’t just find candidates — you will identify future leaders, innovators, and change-makers who will power our next chapter of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner closely with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to align sourcing strategies with business priorities.
  
  
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, Dribbble, and beyond.
  
  
• Apply advanced Boolean & X-ray searches and leverage market mapping to target passive talent in highly competitive markets.
  
  
• Maintain and constantly refresh a strategic talent pipeline for immediate and future needs.
  
  
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the first contact to the pre-screen stage.
  
  
• Provide market insights, talent availability reports, and competitor intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
  
  
• Track and share sourcing metrics to ensure transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven experience as a Tech Talent Sourcer in fast-paced environments.
• Strong command of sourcing tools & methodologies (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, etc.).
• Solid understanding of technical roles: Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, Mobile, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Security.
• Exceptional communication skills — you know how to engage and build trust with candidates.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about delivering results.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to source talent across global markets.

Freferred Skills

• Experience sourcing for specialized technical roles (e.g., AI/ML, Blockchain, Cybersecurity).
• Familiarity with global talent markets and cross-border hiring.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, especially TeamTailor.
• Ability to design engaging outreach messages and support employer branding.
• Strong reporting skills with a focus on clear, data-driven insights.
• Eagerness to learn and experiment with new sourcing tools and AI solutions.
