Why We Need You

You’ll play a key role in turning technical knowledge into user-friendly guides, manuals, and API documentation that empower developers, clients, and internal teams. Your words will help people make sense of systems, troubleshoot faster, and use our technology with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and maintain documentation such as user guides, API references, release notes, and architecture diagrams
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for different audiences
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product teams to gather and verify information
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to stay aligned with project timelines
• Ensure consistency across documentation using style guides and version control
• Manage documentation repositories (e.g., Confluence, Git, SharePoint)
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and technical correctness
• Use tools like Markdown, MadCap Flare, Visio, or FrameMaker to produce and publish content

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in software or IT-focused environments
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of technical documentation
• Ability to interpret and simplify technical specifications, APIs, and system workflows
• Proficiency with documentation tools and version control systems
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle
• Fluency in English—both written and verbal—is essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in technical writing (e.g., CPTC, ISTC)
• Familiarity with programming or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman
• Understanding of ITIL, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
